Salerno Pesca issues Mini-Bond subscribed by CDP, MCC and Cherry Bank to support its new industrial plan
Nobel Partners advised Salerno Pesca Srl, a leading Italian player specialized in the sale of red shrimp and other fresh and frozen products, on the issuance of a mini-bond totaling €5m, subscribed by leading national investors including CDP, MCC and Cherry Bank. This instrument, combined with PNRR contributions granted by Invitalia for agri-food logistics, will enable the company to carry out €10m in investments to double Salerno’s logistics capacity, supporting a revenue target of over €80m by 2030.
