Nobel Partners advised the shareholders in the transaction that brings Ecoteam into the industrial hub specializing in water treatment promoted by Oltre Impact through a buy-and-build strategy. The project brings together complementary businesses with the goal of developing industrial synergies and offering clients integrated solutions, plants, and tailor-made services.
As part of the transaction, Orlando Balestrino, shareholder as well as commercial and technical director of Ecoteam, reinvested in the capital of Water S.p.A. and will continue to support top management in the operational leadership of the company.
