Massimo has over 40 years of executive experience at Banca MPS, where he was responsible for the bank’s commercial network and later held top leadership roles at Antonveneta.

He has gained extensive and in-depth expertise across the entire banking sector, which enabled him to successfully lead several significant mergers between major national banks directly in the field.

Massimo has also served as:

– President of the ABI Tuscany branch for two terms;

– Member of the Credit Observatory of Tuscany;

– Member of international Joint Venture Committees in Bancassurance and Asset Management;

– Member of the Credit Committee and the Investment Committee of the MPS Group;
