He has held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors of Fincantieri and as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for companies such as Asitel S.p.A., Geos S.p.A., and Finmeccanica RE.

In addition, he has carried out academic activities as an adjunct professor of Infrastructure Financial Law.
